Usual costs are in the range of
- $200 to $400 for a pre purchase structural report.
- $350 to $450 for a practical completion/Progress report & dilapidation survey reports.
- $250 for a single item check.

Guidelines
We use following as guidelines for our pre purchase structural reports
- current Australian Standard AS 4349.1 2007 Pre purchase inspections – Residential buildings
- REIWA Australian standard pre-purchase significant defects report annexure.
