Usual costs are in the range of

• $330 to $440 for a pre purchase structural report.
• $450 to $550 for a practical completion
• $350 plus for a single report
• $500 for dilapidation survey reports which includes photos on a cd-rom
• $350 for a single item check.

• REIWA Australian standard pre-purchase significant defects report annexure.
